Introduction
The U2H403S is a high-performance Universal Serial Bus (USB) 2.0 Hub.
U2H403S is designed with Multiple Transaction Translator (MTT) USB 2.0 HUB controller.
Multiple Transaction Translator (MTT) provides individual TT control logics for each downstream port. This is a performance better choice for USB 2.0 Hub.
The U2H403S works backward compatible either when any one of downstream ports are connected to an USB 1.1 compliant device, or when the upstream port is connected to a USB 1.1 compliant host.

- Compliant with USB 2.0 (Data Rate 1.5/12/480Mbps)
- 4 (max.) downstream facing ports. (USB A receptacle connector)
- All downstream facing ports can handle high-speed (480 Mbps), full-speed (12 Mbps), and low-speed (1.5 Mbps) transaction.
- Multiple transaction translator (MTT)
- One TT per downstream port for maximum performance
- ESD protection up to 4 KV on all USB pins.
- Upstream port (Right angle USB B receptacle connector)
- Self-powered operation.
- DC power input: Floppy drive like mini-4pin power connector (Min. DC +5V/2.5A)

The USB bus power of P1 and P4 USB downstream ports were
protected by 750mA PTC Resettable Fuse.
- P2 and P3
P2 and P3 will be able to supply USB bus power totally 1A.
For Example: P2 = 700mA, P3 = 300mA
- Supports Over-current detection and Individual power control.
- Customizable vendor ID, product ID, and device ID.
